You have 14 days after receiving your order. Register your return through the returns portal, print or receive your label and drop off your parcel at a service point.

If you choose store credit, returning is free and your credit is on your account as soon as your return is on its way. If you choose a refund to your bank account, it costs €5.95 per shipment via DPD. With another carrier or a return from abroad, that amount may differ; you'll see the exact amount in the returns portal.

Our play mats comply with EN 71 (CE), the European safety standard for toys, and are OEKO-TEX® certified: the fabric has been tested for harmful substances.
