Warranty
Found a manufacturing fault? We’ll put it right
Email us and we’ll sort it out, with a replacement or a repair.
Damage caused by use, incorrect care or external factors isn’t covered by the warranty.

Photos and order number
Include your order number and attach a few clear photos.
We’ll help you find a solution
We usually reply within 24 hours and will work out a solution with you.
Care
How to care for your products
Does your product have a label with different advice? Then follow the label.
Play mat
Vacuum with the nozzle of your vacuum cleaner and shake it out. Machine washing is also possible: at 30 °C, without fabric softener, spin at a maximum of 1200 rpm.
Rug
Not washable. Shake it out. The natural material is self-cleaning.
Bags
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild cleaner. Do not machine wash. Leave to air dry.
