What does shipping cost and how quickly will my order arrive?
Ordered before 16:00 on working days, shipped the same day · delivery in 1–2 working days (NL, BE, DE). Shipping costs €4.95 and is free from €69. For other countries, costs and delivery times differ; you'll see the exact cost at checkout. All rates are in our shipping policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are easy. You have 14 days after receiving your order, and you register your return via the returns portal.
Choose store credit? Then your return is free. Your credit is on your account as soon as your return is on its way, so you can pick something else straight away. Exchanges cost you nothing.
Prefer your money back? That's possible too. Returns then cost €5.95 per shipment (DPD); with other carriers or from abroad this may differ, and you'll see the amount in the returns portal before you confirm. Your money is back in your account within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
