Returns
You can return within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return, receive a label and drop your parcel off at a service point.

Enter your order number below and choose what suits you. You’ll get a label and drop your parcel off at a service point.
- Store credit: the quickest, and free Your credit is in your account as soon as your return is on its way. The return label is free and exchanges cost nothing: pick your new favourite straight away.
- Back to your bank account You create your label straight away and pay nothing now. The €5.95 for the label (via DPD) is deducted from your refund. Your money is back within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
