GoodWeave’s mission is clear: to remove child labour from global supply chains. Through partnerships with more than 450 companies, GoodWeave makes sure that products carrying the label are made without child labour. GoodWeave also provides education for children who have been taken out of work and campaigns for better conditions for adult workers.

Craftsmanship
Every cotton rug is carefully hand-tufted. The process begins with selecting high-quality cotton, which is spun into yarn. With a tufting machine, the yarns are shot into a cloth by hand, which gives the rug its unique pattern and texture. Every detail is finished with precision, resulting in a durable and beautiful product.

The GoodWeave hallmark means our rugs are made without child labour and that GoodWeave inspects the looms.

Hand-tufted
Every cotton rug is hand-tufted. High-quality cotton is spun into yarn, which is then shot into a cloth by hand with a tufting machine. This creates the characteristic patterns and textures.

Experienced craftspeople finish every detail with precision, giving every rug a sturdy, neat finish.

Our play mats are tested to EN 71-1, -2 and -3 (mechanical and physical properties, flammability and migration of certain elements) and hold the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate.
