General Terms and Conditions
Love by Lily BV
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Entrepreneur : Love by Lily BV, established in the Netherlands, trading under the name Love by Lily.
Consumer : the natural person who purchases a product through our webshop.
Agreement : the purchase agreement between consumer and entrepreneur.
Products : all items offered through the Love by Lily webshop.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries from Love by Lily.
Article 3 – Offers and prices
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
Prices do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Love by Lily reserves the right to change prices and conditions.
Article 4 – Agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer places an order via the webshop and has completed payment.
Love by Lily confirms the order by email.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment can be made via the offered payment methods (including iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, credit card).
The order will only be shipped after payment has been successfully completed.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–2 business days. Delivery to other countries varies by destination.
Love by Lily is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
Article 7 – Shipping and costs
Postage costs:
Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: €4.95 (free from €99)
Other European countries: from €9.95
Worldwide: €49.95
The exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Article 8 – Returns
Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt via the returns portal .
Return costs are €3.95 per shipment .
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
Exceptions: Personalized products and gift cards cannot be returned.
Article 9 – Warranty
Love by Lily offers a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
Damage due to misuse, incorrect washing or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
In case of a justified complaint, Love by Lily will replace or repair the product free of charge.
Article 10 – Liability
Love by Lily is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
Love by Lily's liability is always limited to the amount of the purchase.
Article 11 – Complaints procedure
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at customerservice@lovebylily.com . We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days .
Article 12 – Privacy and data protection
Love by Lily processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR .

Article 13 – Applicable law
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
