Love by Lily B.V.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

Trader: Love by Lily B.V., based at Coenecoop 2 F 1, 2741 PG Waddinxveen, trading as Love by Lily, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 93388381, VAT number NL866376082B01, email service@lovebylily.com.
Consumer: the individual who buys a product through our shop.
Agreement: the sales agreement between consumer and trader.
Products: all items offered through the Love by Lily shop.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries of Love by Lily.

Article 3 – Offers and prices

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
Prices exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Love by Lily reserves the right to change prices and terms.

Article 4 – Agreement

The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer places an order through the shop and has completed payment.
Love by Lily confirms the order by email.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered (including iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, credit card).
The order is only shipped once payment has been successfully completed.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders placed before 4 pm are shipped the same day.
Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany usually takes 1–2 working days. Delivery times to other countries vary by destination.
Love by Lily is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

Article 7 – Shipping and costs

Shipping costs:
Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: €4.95 (free from €69)
Other countries: see our Shipping policy.

Article 8 – Returns

Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, via the returns portal.
Return costs are €5.95 per shipment (DPD). For other carriers and returns from abroad the costs may differ, depending on the delivery service. You can see the exact amount in the returns portal before you confirm your return.

If you choose store credit as your refund, returning is free. Exchanges are also free of charge.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Products with visible damage, signs of use or missing parts will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet our terms will be refused and, if you wish, can be sent back to you.

Exceptions: personalised products and gift cards cannot be returned.

Article 9 – Warranty

Love by Lily gives a warranty on manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by incorrect use, incorrect washing or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
In the case of a justified complaint, Love by Lily will replace or repair the product free of charge.

Article 10 – Liability

Love by Lily is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
The liability of Love by Lily is always limited to the purchase amount.

Article 11 – Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at service@lovebylily.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days.

Article 12 – Privacy and data protection

Love by Lily processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (AVG).

Article 13 – Applicable law

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
