In addition, our handmade rugs are GoodWeave-certified, which means they are produced responsibly, without child labor and with attention to the working conditions of the makers. Thus, we offer a soft and safe play area, ideal for rolling, crawling and playing.

Pediatric Physiotherapy
Working with pediatric physiotherapists, we ensure that our play mats are sturdy enough for motor development and play. Our large play mats are often used by pediatric physiotherapists because they are soft and allow children the space to move safely and freely. They are also recommended by host parent organizations. Moreover, the play mats and rugs fit perfectly into any interior, combining style and functionality.

Unique manufacturing and Zero-waste
Sustainability and corporate responsibility are at the heart of Love by Lily. Our play mats and GoodWeave-certified rugs are handmade by experienced seamstresses passionate about each product, making each play mat or rug unique. Due to this artisan production, we accept slight variations in the finish. Each large play mat is carefully hand-finished, packaged and shipped in recycled materials.

We strive for a zero-waste production process: faulty products are not thrown away but reused in new products or donated. Through this approach, we reduce waste and contribute to a circular economy.

Our impact: donations to mother-child houses and the Emma Children's Hospital
We donate various products each year to the Mother and Child House of Fier and the Driestroom, Stay of my body houses and various relief apartments for parents with children. We also collaborate with the Emma Children's Hospital in Amsterdam, where our play rugs are used in family rooms. In this way we offer children a safe and comfortable place to play outside the home environment.
